You're ready to go up, but don't worry – you stay on the ground! As a service provider (m/w/d) for building technology in the day shift, exciting tasks await you in the field of building maintenance. Whether it comes to monitoring TÜV tests on vehicles or handling test weights – variety is guaranteed! Your future tasks are as diverse as a well-stocked toolbox and include both technology and team work:

• Accompanying TÜV tests – you are the sidekick of the technician!
• Charge test weights (approx. 25 KG per piece) – muscle power included!
• Drive up and down the gondola on the building facade – between 30m and 100m, wide view guaranteed!
• Conduct functional tests, from operating elements to brakes – Safety first!
• Own-responsibility of the plant before testing.
• Daily testing of about eight hours – we create one to four plants together!
• Conduct motion tests of machines on technician instruction – Teamwork from the finest!

We are looking for

We are not looking for superheroes, but someone with pleasure in technology, height and responsibility! For the role as a maintenance employee (m/w/d) in Tornesch, you should bring some things to fit perfectly in our team:

• Ideally experience in the field of building technology, craftsmanship or as service helpers.
• No barn in front of building facades – being dizzy-free is a must.
• Physical fitness to jongl with test weights (about 25 kg).
• Reliability, team spirit and independent working.
• willingness to use technology under the guidance and to further develop.
• Knowledge of German in Word and Scripture – you must finally understand everything!
