You will be part of the Tchibo family and an expert about our high-quality coffee and our changing range of products - on 01.08.2025 we are going! You will discover the diversity of our products and passion for good coffee and continue with joy to our customers. You complete a variety of commercial training and get to know different areas of business, from marketing to goods and human resources. You are visiting trainings and workshops for your own development. You benefit from intensive care throughout the entire training.

You have a completed school degree . You are open to new things and have a high level of readiness for performance and learning. You have fun dealing with people, go to them and take responsibility. You are a team player and see feedback as a chance to grow beyond yourself. You are flexible within the usual shop opening times.

Design, join, teamwork: Azubi projects bring exciting change, for example you can run your own Tchibo shop together with other azubis for a week. You get an attractive salary as well as holiday and Christmas money. Your rest is important to us: Enjoy your 36 days a year. You will also benefit from a public transport tax grant .
