Construction site organization & project processing: organisational and administrative handling of construction projects directly on site with the customer Quality & performance control: Continuous review of the quality of work and performance of personnel and subcontractors Based on invoices: Creation of allowances for timely and verifiable invoices Construction meetings: Participation in construction meetings to coordinate the construction process with other structures Material disposition & stock management: disposition of the required material including retrievals, stock checks and reorders

Technical qualification & professional experience: Complete training in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning (SHK), as a plant mechanic SHK or gas and water installer, central heating and ventilation engineer with several years of professional experience as a construction manager in the SHK sector Additional qualifications: Further training, e.g. construction manager training, upper-measuring training, master training SHK or industrial master Language knowledge: German at least at level B2 Digital Work Competence: Safe handling of digital tools
