The place must be occupied in part-time with 30 hours per week.

Developing PR and Event Management (w/m/d) You implement creative and target-group-oriented PR concepts and communication measures, successfully transpose them across different channels and always keep the quality in mind. You are well-connected in the OOWV and in our subsidiaries and ensure that we present ourselves uniformly and professionally in the public.

You also plan and coordinate diverse event formats – from participation in trade fairs to open-door days to staff events. Your organizational skills and experience from all areas of PR. With your sense of effective public relations, you are vitally contributing to communicating our messages in an appealing and effective manner and also presenting complex topics vividly, precisely and understandably. You create targeted PR concepts, implement diverse communication measures and control PR activities from idea to publication. You implement creative and target-group-oriented measures on different channels and accompany the digital development of our PR activities. You continue to develop corporate publishing in the team and always pay attention to compliance with brand and corporate identity You develop our event strategy with the event team and take over the content and organizational planning of our events – from idea-finding and topic research to the coarse and fine conception to appointment and budget planning. You coordinate the necessary resources, commission service providers, control building teams and ensure a smooth process by your on-site support You develop campaigns with event or omnichannel focus, create project plans and ensure that appointments, budgets and quality goals are adhered to. You work closely with internal clients and departments

You have successfully completed your studies in the fields of public relations/PR or event/organization management, an economic study with a focus on marketing, a study of the media or communication sciences, the humanities or social sciences, or a comparable discipline You bring professional experience in event management Ideally, you have multi-year, relevant PR experience You are characterized by pronounced organisational skills, self-initiative, high flexibility and loadability. You will enjoy teamwork and a solution-oriented approach You have strong self-management skills, convincing communication and information skills, a strong service idea and a targeted and quality-oriented working method Your German knowledge is at least at level C1 and you own the rating of class B
