Support for the management of around 13 staff in the areas of service/bar, kitchen, bakery and sale of fresh food Control and control of business and business performance indicators to ensure positive sales and earnings Responsibility for adhering to HACCP's own control concept Regular control of ordering and securing an optimal stock/turnover and the best possible stock Staff deployment planning Coaching of employees (e.g. sales talks, behavior towards customers)

Complete vocational training in the fields of gastronomy, food retailing or comparable and/or successfully completed, subject-related studies Experience in a leading position in gastronomy or food retail Application security in handling MS-Office Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Willingness to accept responsibility, lived service orientation and joy in contact with suppliers and colleagues Embossed team orientation with natural social and leadership skills Enthusiasm for original, authentic food and our diverse food range
