These are your tasks:

• a firm customer base and expansion of existing business relationships
• First contact for customers and network partners in the area of national parcel transport
• Proactive approach to customers to identify their needs and requirements and to offer solutions
• Monitoring of shipments and ssic production of compliance with all agreed dates
• Identification and clarification of possible supplier obstacles and processing of complaints
• Processing of order data in forwarding systems
• Self-responsible audit of billing and processing of invoice declarations
• Takeover of receivable management and collection of damages

Take this with you:

• Ideally, you have completed a training as a forwarding businessman (gn) or can demonstrate a comparable qualification
• You already have first professional experiences in the forwarding environment
• You can master the German language in a safe manner and bring good knowledge of English
