You support our lawyers in project work and work closely with them You coordinate meeting appointments and appointments with notaries for our lawyers: both for our Board of Management You independently take over the preparation and follow-up of committee appointments and meetings You support the preparation and documentation of decisions and create corporate decisions, powers and presentations You complete the daily correspondence and invoice processing, including independent processing of the inbox, travel planning and travel cost accounting

You have successfully completed your commercial training, for example as a merchant:wife for office management or in a comparable commercial or legal field You can already provide first professional experience in the back office of a company or a law firm and always keep an overview in stressful phases You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and are happy to work as a team player Your independent and analytical way of working and thinking as well as the safe handling of MS-Office and SAP complete your profile
