We take over both the conception of credit and merit loss insurance as well as other embedded insurance solutions in a rapidly growing market segment, in particular their distribution, management and performance management in and outside the Sparkassen financial group. Both companies belong to the provincial group, one of the ten largest insurance companies in Germany.

This will be your tasks You take the overall responsibility for our team in risk and performance testing. You're the first contact person for your team and you're an open one. As a mediator:in you contribute to security in conflict situations and place value on an esteeming communication in the team. The further development of existing processes and the work on the automation of performance processes as well as the participation in exciting projects is also part of your task. You actively shape our corporate goals and introduce innovative ideas. In addition, you implement operational goals and control progress within our strategy. As a connector, you always remain in dialogue and coordinate the exchange with sales and all relevant interfaces. Takeover of the main responsibility for complaint management completes your area of responsibility.
