Experience and competence Successful degree (Master or Diploma) in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a comparable quantitative discipline Multiannual relevant professional experience in the Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or Corporate M&A Experience gained in managing and implementing transactions and a strong understanding of M&A processes Very strong skills in financial modeling and corporate assessment (e.g. DCF, scenario and sensitivity analyses) Personality & Mindset Expressed analytical thinking and understanding of business models, cash flow logics and value drivers High self-responsibility and hand-on mentality Structured, precise and number-driven operation with high detail accuracy Proactive operation: Detecting opportunities and developing solutions Sovereign occurrence in dealing with internal and external stakeholders Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (German C2) Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
