Personally responsible control and implementation of M&A transactions (Buy-Side) – from the identification and analysis of potential targets to the successful conclusion Creation of Financial Models (including DCF, Scenario and Sensitivity Analysis) and Investment Memos as the basis for investment decisions Analysis of business models, business plans, optimization potentials and markets to assess growth potentials and value drivers Preparation and presentation of decision bases for management (e.g. investment cases, deal memos, management presentations) Management and coordination of external consultants in due diligence processes (e.g. financial, legal, tax, technical) and close cooperation with internal stakeholders at group and country level Active participation in the development and implementation of the M&A strategy in an international environment Continuous monitoring and analysis of European health markets and identification of attractive opportunities for acquisition
