Become part of our Sea Freight Customer Care Team in Contern, Luxembourg and shape the logistics of tomorrow with us! As a central contact person, you will address our customers in the field of ocean freight logistics. If you have any questions, complaints and daily processing, you can help. You take care of the supply and order management and care of the customer data. During the onboarding of new customers, you coordinate all steps with internal teams and international Kühne+Nagel offices. The creation of customer-related reports is also part of your task. In close coordination with sales, you contribute to optimal customer support.
