Backlog Management: You'll first, care and prioritize the Product Backlog independently, always keeping the business value and technical feasibility in mind. Detailed Requirement Management: You accept professional requirements from the HR sector (e.g. Recruiting, Payroll or Development) and translate them precisely into User Stories and technical specifications for implementation. Operational interface function: You are in close contact with the IT teams (engineering, security, infrastructure) to ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the requirements. Targeted Stakeholder Management: You regularly vote with HR key users as well as internal IT leaders on the status of development and planned releases. System optimization and quality: You secure system integrity, coordinate user acceptance tests (UAT) from rollouts and document processes as well as requirements structured in Jira and Confluence. Software selection support: You can help evaluate new HR tools and services, focusing on technical compatibility.

Your educational path: You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification that empowers you to understand complex HR system landscapes as well as to develop operationally and strategically. Your strengths: You are a proactive, communication-intensive problem solver with high self-responsibility, which always keeps an overview in dynamic environments with changing requirements and brings decision-making competence. Your profile: You bring several years of experience in requirements, service and project management (classical and agile) and are sure to translate business needs into technical solutions. Your understanding of the process: You provide a thorough understanding of the products and services used in the area of responsibility as well as the impact of legal requirements on the business processes and related products. Your technical foundation: You have a sound understanding of software and system architectures and IT security requirements to ensure seamless integration of new HR services.
