Responsibility for costs, dates and quality of demanding high and turnkey projects Based knowledge of the VOB and the works contract law or the subcontractor contracts independent and responsible functioning; safe and serious occurrence Safer, VOB-compliant and routined correspondence Active cooperation in the NU delegations Cooperation with authorities, architects and specialist engineers Subsequent management as well as construction site controlling and time and cost control Invoicing of contractors and suppliers Management of a building manager team and our poliere:innen (m/w/d) and commercial employees

Completed engineering studies (Dipl.-Ing., M. Sc. / M. Eng., B. Sc. / B. Eng.) Multiannual professional experience in senior construction management, superstructure management or project management in high and key construction Comprehensive technical and basic commercial knowledge Secure appearance, combined with entrepreneurial qualities and team skills Good knowledge of MS Office programs, construction-specific costing and billing software and construction-time planning
