In your role, you work closely with disciplines to include, model and develop business processes – in line with our modeling standards and governance requirements.

Your tasks: Participation in workshops with specialist departments to understand business requirements and document target processes

Develop an understanding of SAP-related business processes and model them in Signavio using the BPMN 2.0 notation

As “Gatekeepers” of our modeling policies occur and ensure consistency and quality across all teams

Support in the maintenance and optimization of the process database in Signavio

Understanding, performing and contributing to the optimization of the life cycle of a process model in the FIT4 program

Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable degree course

Interest in project management, agile methods and business processes, especially in the SAP environment

Basic understanding of processes in the fields of operations, sales & service and finance & procurement

Confidence with the modelling language BPMN 2.0 as well as experience in handling modeling tools (e.g. Signavio) is advantageous

Interest in the structure and operational implementation of the FIT4 programme

Structured, self-organized working and good time and task management

Embossed team and communication skills and an empathic appearance

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
