Your job As a contact person in the Service Demo System Handling for customs and export issues, check, organize and follow the export operations in customs and foreign affairs in the operational business. Your main tasks include: Own implementation of export control, in particular evaluation of the processes relating to final use and, where appropriate, subject to authorisation (incl. replacement or individual parts), as well as re-request and compilation of necessary documents for the involvement of authorities.

Organisation, initiation and follow-up of the exhibition of supplier declarations and proofs of origin

Investigation, analysis and response of customs authorities

Support for master data maintenance as part of customs and export processing and documentation of various processes

Edit customer orders for the sale of demo systems, clarify delivery dates and coordinate orders until completion.

Delivery of service and loan orders in the ERP system (SAP) for microscopy systems, single bonds, spare parts and sales

Continuous optimization of logistics, order and inventory issues and support for (partial) projects, for example in the area of Lifecycle Management and Demo Inventory

Completed training or study (Bachelor) with a commercial or technical focus, ideally in a specialized environment

Including professional experience in customs and export processing

Knowledge of customs law, external economic law and relevant export control regulations, e.g. EC Dual Use Regulation

Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office

Reliable and accurate functioning and willingness to work on new topics

Joy in analyzing data and process relationships as well as high degree of self-motivation, enforcement strength and team capacity

Representative communicative skills in German and English for stakeholder management
