Our focus is on the assessment and testing of technical equipment and the development of applications, especially after the BImSchG, WHG, AwSV and BetrSichV. Our customers operate plants in the chemical industry, hazardous materials logistics, the metalworking industry and the food industry. In this role, you actively shape how we efficiently organize information, documents, data and processes internally and together with our key accounts. You develop, enter and optimierst SharePoint environments for UCON GmbH as well as for selected key accounts. You design modern, structured and user-friendly SharePoint solutions for digital collaboration, document management and process support. You analyze requirements from different disciplines and translate them into practical technical solutions within the Microsoft-365 world. You create and maintain SharePoint pages, lists, libraries, authorization concepts, workflows and automations. You support our internal teams and customers in building efficient data structures and professional data management. You develop and manage Power-BI reports and dashboards to visualize technical, organizational and project-related data. You work closely with project managers, specialist departments and external contacts and are a technical interface for issues related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Data Management and Power BI. You document solutions, train users and support the development of our digital work environment.

Successfully completed training or completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, data management, digitalization or a comparable qualification. Experience in the development, administration or support of SharePoint environments, ideally SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365. Knowledge in handling Microsoft 365, in particular SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Automate and Power BI. Experience in building data structures, data models and evaluations, for example with Power Query, DAX, Excel, SQL or comparable tools. Understanding permission concepts, document management, process digitization and user-oriented IT solutions. Programming or scripting skills, for example in JavaScript, TypeScript, PowerShell, SPFx or comparable technologies, are advantageous. You are delighted to understand technical requirements, structure them cleanly and implement them in robust, understandable solutions. Secure communication in German, combined with a service-oriented and professional appearance towards internal colleagues and customers.
