Welding supervision (m/f/d)

As a welding supervisor according to ISO 14731 you take over tasks as part of the operation approval according to ISO 3834, EN 1090 and DIN 2303. Also create and check welding schedules as well as repair plans. During production, you will maintain the work processes and ensure the quality. In addition, you conduct welding seam tests independently. You test and release welding drawings and other technical documents. In the goods receipt check, you actively support the acceptance of welding assemblies. In addition, you will assist the locations and subsidiaries in all aspects of welding technology. Supplier tests of welding modules reliably take off. Finally, you will process and review welding damage cases to develop solutions. Further tasks can be assigned to your qualifications accordingly.

You have training as a master or technician in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification. In addition, you have successfully completed a completed training as a welding technician or welding specialist. A completed training and certification of level 1 or 2 in the ZfP method VT, PT or MT. You bring well-founded knowledge in handling 3D CAD systems. In addition, you have good experiences in the programs SAP, CAQ BABTEC and MS Office.
