The coordination and control of the project is in your hands They negotiate with clients, specialist engineers:inside and after-contracting Your team manages the project with LEAN instruments They lead the planning and project coordination as well as the technical and commercial construction management In addition, implement BIM work methods in your project Furthermore, you control the work costing
