Start: From now Position: Full or part-time Area: IT consulting Location: Remote, hybrid or on site with the customer Your tasks You combine professional HR expertise with technological know-how and develop future-oriented solutions in the SAP HCM environment together with customers. You recognize requirements early on, structure complex relationships and translate them into sustainable solutions architectures. In exchange with customers and internal teams, you actively shape the solution finding, from the first idea to the convincing presentation. Your tasks include: Analysis of customer requirements and existing HR processes and development of suitable solution architectures in the SAP HCM environment Conception and presentation of solution scenarios that make technical requirements understandable and tangible Support in the supply process through content development, effort estimates and clear positioning of the solution Close cooperation with sales, consulting and delivery to develop holistic customer solutions Implementation and moderation of workshops, specialist conception sessions and decision presentations at management level
