Performance Manager – Schwerpunkt KPI Governance (m/f/d)

As part of our Reporting Excellence team at the Data & Analytics Competence Center, you will take over the independent design, development and implementation of the central KPI governance at ALDI Nord Together with experts from all disciplines and ALDI North countries, you are responsible for the definition, harmonisation and further development of control-relevant KPIs for the oHG and the countries – incl. clear KPI logics, calculation definitions and technical interpretation In close cooperation with departments, countries & Data & Analytics teams, you prepare KPI decision-making at management and C‐level level and accompany their release processes You make sure that released KPIs are consistently and correctly displayed in the reporting – especially in Power‐BI dashboards – and work closely with your reporting and data platform colleagues With your business and process understanding, you analyse technical requirements, translate business comments into control-relevant KPIs and evaluate them along central business processes (ideally in the trade context) You act as a central spokesperson for KPI topics, advise your stakeholders and develop suitable communication and voting concepts for the successful introduction and use of KPIs in countries and regional companies In addition, you will participate in the further development of standards, guidelines and best practices for KPI governance, reporting and front-end architecture within the Data & Analytics Platform

A completed (university) degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, e.g. in the field of business analysis, reporting or performance/KPI management Multiannual experience in handling KPIs and control indicators, ideally in an international or complex business environment. Strong understanding of business and end-to-end processes; Experience in the trade environment is advantageous Very good knowledge and practical experience in Reporting & BI, preferably with Power BI (consumer, interpretation, ideally also conception). Outstanding capacity for stakeholder management across different levels, including management and C levels Analytical thinking skills, a structured and self-responsible way of working, and joy in preparing complex questions in a comprehensible and decision-making way Very good communication and moderation capabilities Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
