Creation, examination and management of employment contracts, additional agreements and contract amendments Support in designing and updating contract templates (m/w/d) and, where appropriate, the Works Council Ensuring compliance with labour law and tariff requirements Support for onboarding processes from a contractual perspective Documentation and archiving of personal documents Participation in HR projects (e.g. digitization of contract processes)

Completed commercial training First experience in personnel or contract management desirable Good knowledge of labour law Safe handling of HR systems and MS Office Structured, careful and confidential operation Communication strength and team capacity Very good knowledge of German and the security to express you clearly on at least C1 level
