Payroll Accountant Part-time or Full-Time (m/f/d)

We, the HR team, are looking for a new colleague or a new colleague for wage and salary accounting, including for personnel controlling. The place is located directly in the personnel department. You are responsible for our in-house payroll accounting with all related tasks and currently support two, in future three HR generalists in administrative personnel matters and deliver the KPIs we need for our personnel controlling.

Preparation and implementation of the monthly pay bill for all 200 employees with DATEV - salary & salary Responsibility for reporting and certification Correspondence with social security institutions, authorities and offices Maintenance of electronic time recording and personnel master files Processing of insurance, labour and tax issues Support for a wide range of administrative personnel processes using EASY HR personnel management software Personal Controlling - Analyse monthly KPIs and Reporting

You have several years of professional experience as a wage and salary accountant:in or Payroll Specialist in a medium-sized company or in a tax accountant We require very good knowledge of wage tax and social security law You love numbers to support in personal controlling MS Office applications do not pose a problem for you (Outlook, Word, Excel) You have good English skills in word and writing Hands-on mentality as well as structured and reliable work will give you pleasure Process optimization and digitization are important - we also! You bring experience in the preparation and execution of audits.
