You plan and implement technical projects for our production areas and accompany them from task to successful implementation. In new development and change projects, you coordinate the needs of production and bring the requirements of production into the projects at an early stage. Plan and design new assembly and production systems with a view to lean, efficient and resource-saving production processes. Existing production processes take a close look at them: You take up optimization potentials, identify further improvements and develop concrete measures for quality and productivity. The planning, procurement and commissioning of production equipment, testing systems and automation units is your responsibility. In addition, you are responsible for the testing systems during assembly and are available for technical questions.

You have completed technical training in the electrotechnical environment with further training as master or technician or on a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring first professional experience in the industrial production environment and in the evaluation and optimization of production processes. Knowledge of lean management and automation technology is advantageous. In technical contexts as well as control and electrical test procedures, you work quickly and develop your own solutions. You have a look at potential for improvement, questioning existing processes and consistently follow good solutions up to implementation. Own initiative, technical understanding, reliability and an independent way of working complete your profile.
