We supply commercial customers with a wide range of well-known manufacturers and brands – fast, flexible and reliable. With around 65 employees, we continue to grow at four locations and continuously develop our structures and processes. This is why we are looking for a personality who has the pleasure of customer contact to work reliably and supports our customer service with commitment and solution orientation.

As a specialist (m/w/d) in customer service, you are an important interface between our customers and our company. You ensure that enquiries are answered competently, orders are processed reliably and problems are solved quickly and customer-oriented. This is not just about working out processes. You keep an overview, identify relationships and find good solutions in complex issues, together with our customers. Your tasks include:

Care and advice of our commercial customers by e-mail and telephone Processing of customer requests and support requests Collection and processing of orders Creation and processing of offers Verification of orders and clarification of inconsistencies Processing complaints and queries Solution of problems related to orders, deliveries and orders Communication and coordination with parcel service providers Close cooperation with our internal departments

You understand customer service not as a mere processing of inquiries, but as a interaction of communication, organization and good solutions. Ideally you bring: Practical experience in customer service, customer service or a comparable area are advantageous Joy in handling customers and a pronounced understanding of service Very good communication skills and a friendly, safe occurrence Good knowledge of German in word and writing A structured and reliable operation Safe handling of MS Office Own initiative and sense of responsibility A solution-oriented procedure, even if it becomes more challenging Joy in team collaboration
