Commercial support for demanding infrastructure projects Processing of all commercial transactions within our working communities – from account opening to ARGE accounting to the procurement of necessary guarantees Processing of project-related accounting and dunning Commercial interface between project management, construction management, controlling, purchasing and external project participants in large construction projects Support in contract and follow-up management with project management, clients and project partners (according to BGB and VOB) Support in project-related cost and performance accounting Creating forecasts and liquidity planning with corresponding reporting to commercial management and management Preparation and participation in meetings with internal and external project participants Participation in process tracking and support in optimizing commercial project processes

Completed commercial training or business studies, ideally related to construction Multiannual commercial professional experience in the construction field Secure understanding of cost structures and economic relationships in construction projects Experience in managing project-related business transactions Knowledge of building contract law according to BGB and VOB Good knowledge of classic MS Office programs (Outlook / Excel / Word / PowerPoint) Structured, careful and responsible operation Impressed communication strength and solution-oriented action
