Your tasks:

• Professional operation of CNC-controlled and conventional Lathes, including long lathes, Carousel turning machines and cutting machines
• Precise production of components after production drawings
• Self-programming of machines with sinumeric and Fanuc controls
• Implementation of quality controls to ensure the required standards
• compliance with all requirements for work, fire and environmental protection
• Responsibility for implementation and compliance Quality assurance guidelines

Your profile:

• completed vocational training as a machining mechanic,

• Multiannual experience in the operation of CNC-controlled and conventional machines, in particular turning and milling machines

• Safe handling of the programming of CNC machines, in particular with Sinumerik and Fanuc controls

• Knowledge of metalworking, including Drilling, milling and turning

• Precise reading and application of technical drawings, plans and List of products

• Excellent knowledge in handling tools and practical Experience in metalworking
