(Senior) Business Analyst - Strategy & CEO Office (m/w/d)

We have developed the first German Enterprise Open Source Cloud and rely on the power from our four data centers in Hamburg, Düsseldorf and Cologne. We are currently looking for a:n (Senior) Business Analyst:in for our location in Cologne:

In direct cooperation with our CEO Andreas you provide the analytical and content basis for strategic decisions

You design presentations for the Board and Investment Committee, bring complex content into a clear storyline, visualize central insights and support with pointy speaker notes

Your analysis of market, competition, customers: inside and inside KPIs provide precise insights and make decision options tangible

Together with the Chief of Staff, you analyze key figures, progress and risks and develop robust metrics to measure success

You are researching strategic topics and benchmarks related to Go-to-Market strategies, M&A potentials, product and tech trends

As a data hub in the team you recognize patterns, create relationships and bring the crucial facts to the point.

In exchange with colleagues from Finance, Sales, Product and Operations, you make sure that you can receive and classify the relevant data

Your personality, paired with: 3+ years of relevant experience, e.g. in Management Consulting, Private Equity, Corporate Development, Strategy/CEO Office

Strong analytical skills, safe in handling large data sets

Very good skills in Excel (Cases, Modelling, Scenarios) and PowerPoint (Storylining, Charting)

Trusted with KPI tools (PowerBI), CRM/ERP data and research tools

Experience in creating board documents for investors or supervisory bodies

initiative, proactivity and a pronounced sense of urgency

High precision, attention to detail – without losing the focus on essentials

Clear communication and sovereign tuning at all levels, loadability and reliability – even under time pressure

Very good knowledge of German and English
