The VBL, based in Karlsruhe, is Germany's largest additional service provider for public service employees and is responsible for approx. 5.4 million insured persons and approximately 1.5 million pensioners.

We are looking for the Personnel Management department at the next possible time, limited for two years, one/n

The activity is assessed by group of charges 11 (TVöD Bund). The grouping takes place after knowledge and experience.

The job is suitable for parttime work.

Talent acquisition: The control of the entire recruiting process – from consulting the departments to the successful occupation of jobs is in your hands. Position display circuit: The creation and publication of target group-oriented job alerts on internal and external channels are also within your field of activity. Selection procedures: The design, implementation and evaluation of personnel selection processes as well as the monitoring of interviews and value-adding feedback talks are your tasks. Setting process: Work details such as grouping and level allocation in public service are defined by you, and you also coordinate the necessary participation procedures. Personal marketing: You strengthen employer attractiveness by participating in trade fairs, maintaining university cooperation and developing digital recruiting instruments and optimize the holistic personal marketing concept. Project work: Recruiting and personal marketing processes continue to develop and actively participate in personal-specific projects.

Training: You have completed relevant university studies (e.g. economics with a focus on staff) or proven equivalent skills and experience at university level in the corresponding profession. Experience and knowledge: You provide multi-annual, relevant professional experience in human resources as well as a well-founded knowledge in recruiting, in personal marketing, as well as advice from managers and employees. Expertise: Ideally, you already have good knowledge of the relevant labour law regulations (TVöD Bund, BGleiG, AGG, SGB IX, BPersVG). IT: Knowledge in MS Office as well as the willingness to work into new systems will help you. Personality: You are a team player with strong communication strength and have a high degree of self-initiative, diplomatic skill, reliability and discretion in handling confidential information. Working methods: You convince with a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner combined with high service orientation.
