We are looking for you to strengthen our team as BIM modeler / BIM designer (m/w/d) outdoor facilities at the next possible time. You create terrain data models for outdoor installations in the performance phases Design to revision planning, mainly execution planning The evaluation of BIM models as well as quantity determination and LV creation are also part of your tasks As an expert (m/w/d) you take the implementation of BIM into the planning team They develop the internal BIM standards for model-based project processing The goal is the creation of BIM models for the outdoor facilities (KG500)

(m/w/d) or comparable Alternatively, a completed engineering or architecture study, e.g. garden and landscape architecture / civil engineering or comparable Experiences in 3D planning with model-based author systems (Revit, Allplan, etc.) and the willingness to work into new digital tasks are advantageous knowledge of terrain modeling Remarkable, but no need is knowledge of gardening and landscape construction as well as civil engineering (ground lines, rainwater systems, etc.)
