You have a completed artisanal or comparable training and a long-term professional experience, ideally in the housing industry. You work customer- and service-oriented with safe appearance, so open and friendly communication with our members and tenants should be of course. You have a safe handling of digital work equipment and knowledge in maintenance, repair, home technology. We will provide you with a company vehicle – for this you will bring the required driving licence (B). You work independently, structured and targeted in a team and value a positive and result-oriented appearance.
