Tasks with perspectives You accompany one to two agile teams as Scrum Master and are supported by an experienced Scrum of Scrum Master. You moderate agile events (e.g. Dailys, Retros, Plannings) and support the teams in eliminating impediments and challenges. You support self-organisation, self-responsibility and transparency in the teams and contribute to an open feedback culture. You work with Jira and Confluence, develop tailor-made solutions and help the teams optimize their processes. You actively contribute to the development of agile methods and contribute to continuously improving cooperation.

Personality with profile You are studying (economic)informatics, economics, (economic)psychology or a comparable discipline - with at least three completed semesters in the Bachelor's degree.You have knowledge of German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2). You have ideally gained first experiences with Jira and Confluence or want to build expert knowledge in these tools. You are empathic, assertive and have excellent communication skills. You work independently, responsibly and team-oriented and bring enthusiasm for agile working and coaching.
