Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • The first contact point for customer questions on orders, order and delivery status, product availability and prices • independent processing of offers and orders and the support of our national and international partners • Complete the entire process from order collection to delivery and tracking • Increase customer satisfaction by solving enquiries quickly and competently. • Acting as a link between shipping, warehouse, sales, purchasing, technology and customer service • provide telephone support for our national and international partners. • Take care of special projects

Your qualifications: • Secure application of the MS Office package • Experiences with ERP system AS400 are beneficial • Preferred experience in export processing • A technical understanding is required. • Basic knowledge of the economy • Basic commercial training combined with 3-5 years of professional experience • Ideally already experience in customer support and order processing • Good written and oral communication skills in German and negotiating security in English • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach, complemented by business understanding • Enthusiasm and persuasiveness • Joy in handling customers • Self-employed and responsible work is just as important as team skills • Organizational talent, commitment and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile
