In order to strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated contract manager or commercial specialist (w/m/d) who takes over the interface between our customers, suppliers and the operating management. Contact for our customers, suppliers and internal executives Complete order processing – from order to proof of performance via our booking system Preparation of monthly billing of services provided Control and processing of invoices and complaints Support for monthly and post-calculation audits master data management and the creation and reporting of orders General commercial tasks such as post-processing and documentation

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification First experience in purchasing, accounting or order processing of advantage – no need Interest in commercial processes and pleasure in structured work Good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel Ideally, first contact points with SAP or readiness for incorporation Self-conscient, conscientious and solution-oriented working Team spirit and secure communication in the professional environment
