Welcome In the Schön Klinik Eckernförde near Kiel, around 250 employees provide stationary, day-clinical and outpatient patients. Since the middle of 2023, the clinic has been part of the nationwide Schön Klinik Group and specializes in geriatrics, internal medicine, pain medicine, diabetics and gastroenterology. The outpatient offer includes surgical interventions, diagnostics and specialist speaking lessons in orthopaedics, endoprosthetics and neurosurgery. The spectrum is supplemented by an internalist emergency outpatient clinic, two day clinics (geriatrie as well as psychiatry and psychotherapy) and several medical practices.

Care and wellbeing: They take over basic care activities and provide patient-related services for the well-being of patients.

Meals distribution and food security: They are responsible for distributing meals, collecting dishes and ensuring that patients receive adequate meals.

Cleaning and care preparation: They carry out cleaning and clean-up work, prepare care aids professionally and thus contribute to a smooth running in everyday care.

Ensuring hygiene: They consistently respect the hygiene guidelines and ensure that all prescribed standards in the work area are met.

They have completed one-year training in nursing or nursing care. An independent and conscientious way of working as well as a high degree of patient orientation and service awareness is what distinguishes you. They have strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with patients, relatives and colleagues.
