Technician / Engineer Project Management TGA Focus on Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the continuous quality assurance of the planning monitoring and execution of the technical building equipment (TGA) of new buildings and major renovation measures You advise and support the project management in the TGA-specific project execution in the performance phases 1 to 8. You support project management in project risk management with regard to the assessment of TGA planning You are responsible for the continuous development and optimization of the testing processes in the TGA sector You take into account the BIM-specific testing processes in the TGA You accompany the instructions, acceptances and handovers of buildings

Successfully completed study of electrical, supply, energy or building technology or a further education as a master or Technician with several years of professional experience. Multiannual professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA), ideally with experience in project management as well as in planning or (special) construction management. Good knowledge in the field of VOB and HOAI, experience as a construction management, the audit of invoices and returns are of advantage.
