The management and control of all processes within the layer of our handling warehouse is your skill. The preparation and implementation of employee training and employee discussions is your responsibility. You prepare daily and quality evaluations and derive the necessary measures taking into account cost and quality aspects. Through targeted personnel use and regular exchange with your colleagues in the shift management and the Transit Terminal Manager, you ensure that the shift targets are met. You conduct the industrial layer of about 15 employees assigned to you in a technical and disciplined manner.

You have completed vocational training as a specialist (m/w/d) for warehouse logistics, ideally in the logistics area of a stockpedition as well as relevant experience in the warehouse industry. You already have well-founded professional and leadership experiences and convince with enforcing and sense of responsibility. You are familiar with the statutory requirements and safety regulations relevant in warehouse logistics. You have a driving licence for industrial trucks and corresponding driving practice. A high level of team capacity will allow you to work successfully as an interface between warehouse management and operational area.
