For one of our customers, we are looking for a Junior Trainer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for digital communication systems as part of direct switching: You are a member of a cross-site coaching team that develops, performs training and transmits knowledge to customers for the efficient use of the company products Implementation of practical training on 'safe communication systems' for national and international customers – both locally and remotely Development and adaptation of training concepts and content with focus on the needs of users Support in the design and development of comprehensive training packages in cooperation with experienced trainers:inside Participation in the development of innovative learning formats such as Web-Based Training (WBT), Computer-Based Training (CBT) and interactive e-trainings

You have a successfully completed training with further training to the technician or a completed study in the field of electrical engineering or similar study direction First professional experience in training, communication technology or related technical fields Very good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, preferably in the field of communications technology; Radio technology Interest in communicating complex technical content in a comprehensible form readiness for international training Teamability, initiative and joy in working with people
