What awaits you:

• As Vertical Fixed Account Manager (m/w/d), you distribute consulting-intensive fixed-network, UCC, cloud and security products - including the Microsoft portfolio by selling individual product components to business customers with your assigned accounts.
• You are fully committed to your customers by working with the respective Key Account Manager/International Account Manager/Global Account Manager that is allotted to the customer.
• You develop customer-specific account plans by taking into account the customer potential relevant to the solution business.
• You analyze your customers and qualify customer contacts by analyzing and acquiring new customer potential as well as exploiting existing customer potential and reducing the termination rate.
• You carry out comprehensive and holistic needs analyses by creating detailed process cost and cost-effectiveness analyses with the customer.
• You support customers in the analysis and solution of need and develop customer-oriented solutions together with them.
• You represent the department in internal bodies and with the partners for the coordination and implementation of process changes.
• You comprehensively advise customers with a 360° view in the overall context of their business and the individual requirements.

What distinguishes you:

• Preferably master's degree in communications technology, computer science, business management or other relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in key account management of multinational companies, preferably in solution distribution from Fixed Network and/or Network Security.
• Good communication skills in German and English (min. B2 - better negotiation level >C1/C2).
• Experience in identifying customer requirements and developing creative and innovative customer-oriented solutions in an international context.
• Good understanding of IT and Telco infrastructure and environments and their impact on customer core business
• Low industry knowledge on the challenges and opportunities of the Retail & Logistics sector
• knowledge in the development and operation of national and international language and data applications, preferably with a technical sales background.

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).

We occupy this position at the locations Düsseldorf, Berlin, Hamburg, Hannover, Ratingen, Eschborn (RM), Stuttgart or Unterföhring for Vodafone GmbH.
