Central contact person for employees, guests, suppliers and external service partners Planning and control of workplace projects (Change Management, inventory planning, budget management, job optimization) Support in Office Management processes and ensuring compliance with internal control systems Continuous development of digital and physical workplaces to increase engagement and satisfaction Building and maintaining trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Translation of user needs (on-site and remote) into concrete IT improvements Implementation of hardware and software upgrades to increase productivity and security Support for cross-departmental IT and corporate projects

Complete studies in the field of computer science, information technology, electrical engineering, industrial engineering with IT focus or comparable training with certifications Professional experience in workplace management in private companies Funded knowledge of Microsoft technologies (O365, Active Directory, Intune, Teams Rooms) Very good understanding of network technologies (VPN, firewalls, office network configuration) Experience in handling ticketing systems of advantage Strong communication and conflict resolution capabilities combined with decision-making strength and self-initiative High service orientation, organisational skills and joy in team work German and English language skills in word and writing (Spanish of advantage) In the case of the same suitability, applicants are preferably taken into account in the case of severe disability.
