A successfully completed commercial training Experience in customer service & / or sales A very good approach to the German language in Word & Writing Good English knowledge in Word & Writing, other foreign language desirable Funded IT skills (MS-Office) as well as experience in handling an ERP system, preferably SAGE High service and customer orientation An independent & structured way of working Embossed solution orientation & safe negotiation skills Engagement, empathy, motivation & commitment
