For our location in Obrigheim (“TECHNOPARK”), we are looking for you in full time (37 hours) as a specialist order processing (m/w/d) limited to the expected 12.11.2026 as part of a parental leave pursuant to §14 para. 1 No 3 TzBfg.

execution of the entire order processing process, from order acceptance via technical examination of the layout, order installation and confirmation up to delivery and invoice delivery to the customer Own-responsible cross-departmental monitoring of the recorded orders according to the timetable Detection of deviations and their indication or initiation of countermeasures correspondence to sales, as well as internal communication to production control and shipping Creating offers and their costing by applying price lists Collection of offers of purchase parts Material installation in SAP, as well as creation and maintenance of spare parts and packaging lists

Complete commercial training with technical understanding or technical training Multiannual professional experience in similar position of advantage Communicative appearance and good English knowledge in word and writing Self-employed, organised and binding procedures
