Your tasks include consulting internal stakeholders and the function as the first contact person for procurement operations in the different phases of the product life cycle of service projects and products. In addition, you take over tasks in project management, in particular the acquisition and structuring of complex procurement processes for standardized and efficient processing by the Purchasing Aftersales & Service. In addition, you are responsible for tasks in contract management. In addition, you are in close contact with internal stakeholders to identify main contractual requirements for the purchase of purchasing parts and initiate procurement activities in time. You have completed their studies (BWL, Economic Engineering, Economic Law) or training with many years of professional experience in purchasing or project management. You have knowledge of project management and an understanding of contract law and a legal way of thinking. Very good SAP and Microsoft Office skills enable analysis and evaluation, e.g. with Excel or Power BI.
