Establish and coordinate Continuous Improvement Principles (CI) in our factory with know-how and far-sightedness and perform specific CI tools. These include the accurate transfer of CI methods, the execution of appropriate workshops and the implementation of standards with SDCA / PDCA. You also coach our managers and employees at the Shopfloor, accompany internal CI audits and direct concrete measures for the work. Furthermore, the construction and maintenance of a continuous key-number system for determining the factory performance are on your agenda. Your view for details comes to bear when it comes to identifying and evaluating potential improvements – analyse data and prepare them for this. As a rule, you agree with colleagues from the CI area to develop common standards across the factory. Successfully completed training or studies, ideally with the focus on food technology and a professional training to the technician, technologist, specialist businessman etc. Funded knowledge in the introduction and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) / TPM, Kaizen, or similar management systems. Knowledge of occupational safety, food safety and environmental protection is of advantage. Routinizes in handling MS Office, SAP and modern means of communication. High affinity for the topic of digitalization. German fluent, English good in word and writing.
