The job is a mandatory internship in the department MS/PDC (Digital Customer Services). We are responsible for the digital aftersales and contribute significantly to the achievement of the digital sales goals of Mercedes-Benz and to the transformation of our company in the field of digitalization. We are also responsible for the customer dialogue of tomorrow and the design of the digital service experience and offer you the opportunity to gain insights into the development and marketing of innovative app and web applications. These challenges include: You support our Product Manager and Product Owner in the design and development of our digital products in all digital touchpoints

You are an appeal partner for the Customer Self-Service application for the markets and in this role you tax the markets

You support the rollout of the customer self-service application in the markets

You work on-site and remote in a modern, international environment that uses agile working methods

You prepare presentations and other policy proposals for management and markets

You independently process defined work packages

The activity can begin from March 2026.

Study programme in the field of communication, digital media, economic or media informatics, (economic) engineering, business administration or a comparable study programme with deepening in computer science, organization, marketing or communication

Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Safe handling of MS-Office, especially Power Point, Confluence, Jira, Mural and Content Management Systems (required)

Willingness to learn new things, communicative skills, team spirit and organizational ability as well as security in presentations and lectures
