You develop low-performance suppliers sustainably and support them through targeted quality support measures to ensure stable processes in the supply chain The selection and evaluation of critical suppliers will be carried out on the basis of statistical analyses, analyses and empirical values You identify systemic causes for quality deviations and analyze existing processes and quality management methods at the supplier You advise and support suppliers in the introduction and application of QM methods such as 5Why, Ishikawa, 8D, Kaizen, PDCA and KVP The definition of suitable improvement measures as well as their implementation and effectiveness check accompany you together with the suppliers You ensure the continuous development of the qualitative performance of suppliers The management and responsibility of product groups and/or projects from the point of view of the supplier quality take over you, including the internal and external QM escalation management

You have a completed technical study with a multiannual professional experience or alternatively a technical training as a master/technical technician with long-term professional practice in the customer-supplier environment A completed additional training to the QM manager as well as other relevant qualifications will help you You have profound knowledge in manufacturing technologies, quality management methods and QM processes along the supply chain Safe handling of the current MS Office applications is of course for you You have very good English skills in word and writing; further foreign language skills are advantageous A structured, independent and proactive way of working You convince with pronounced communication, decision-making and team skills as well as a safe and empathic appearance Conflict and Criticism as well as negotiating and enforcement strength are among your strengths You have very good method and moderation skills as well as pronounced problem solving skills A high readiness to travel in Germany and abroad will bring you You have knowledge of change processes and experience in the sustainable development of suppliers Loadability, resilience and a sovereign appearance in challenging situations complete your profile
