We are looking for support in the construction management for both our branch in Karlsruhe and our branch in Freiburg.

Responsible takeover of the building management (including all works) for exciting projects Proper provision of quantity, quality, dates and costs Targeted call for tenders and post-contracting services Certain billing of construction services Customer-oriented support in the warranty period

You have successfully completed your studies in architecture or civil engineering Ideally, first professional experience in the construction management of SF projects Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge in tendering and appointment programs desirable You will be able to make a clear look at your goal, to actively promote it and to find new solutions.
