An above-average university degree with economic and/or real estate economic orientation First professional experience (1-2 years) in the field of real estate transactions, ideally with a real estate investor, an audit firm or an investment bank Extensive analytical capabilities to evaluate investment projects and to conduct sound market analyses Excellent knowledge in the current MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint First contacts within the real estate industry, such as investors, banks, brokers and builders High level of initiative, reliability and sense of responsibility Team spirit, flexibility and a structured, solution-oriented approach complete your profile
