The disciplinary leadership of the employees as well as the responsibility for individual personnel development and promotion are your central tasks and in the course of our transformation in the bank, you will give the content management to your team leads in the future. You are responsible for an efficient organization of the processes and ensure that tasks are done on time. In addition, you shape change processes and initiate them actively in line with the corporate strategy. You coordinate the following tasks in your area of responsibility: You monitor the credit risk, carry out the annual review according to MaRisk and recognise risks early. The credit processing will be ensured by you and you will ensure that it is done properly – from contract creation to processing of securities to payment and stock processing. The central control of cash supply and collection is also your responsibility. You monitor payment transactions at home and abroad and take care of the processing of fraud including fraud prevention and fraud management. External service providers and IT systems are targeted and efficient.

You accompany and control internal and external audits. Existing processes are checked and optimized continuously and document them carefully. At the same time, you are essentially responsible for compliance with supervisory, legal and internal requirements. You will develop specialist concepts, create forum presentations and actively participate in committee meetings. You take on specialist project work, build networks with internal and external stakeholders and accompany supervisory and regulatory issues. You initiate, guide and work actively in projects.

You have successfully completed a study of economics (Bachelor) with the focus on finance. Your multi-year professional experience and your extensive knowledge in the field of tasks make you an ideal occupation. Your very good understanding of supervisory issues and the functioning of payment transactions are yours and you can derive strategic impulses. You can look back on demonstrable achievements in the direction of a comparable department and convince by your leadership skills. With the MS Office palette you go routined and professional.
