Indirect Procurement Expert SAP Ariba (m/w/d) - Parttime Procurement | Low-Olm | Parttime, 20 hours per week | from 2026 | Unlimited contract

You are responsible for the administration, support and further development of the SAP Ariba modules (in particular buying, sourcing, contracts, supplier lifecycle management) The users in the respective areas of expertise will support you on a system-by-system basis in tendering, offering comparisons and contract processes via SAP Ariba Close cooperation with purchasing, IT and international subsidiaries in system optimization and process standardization You train and support group-wide internal Ariba users As a central contact person, you control external application management support You analyze purchasing data and derive optimization potential from it (e.g. Maverick Buying, process transit times, system usage) Participation in digitalization and sustainability initiatives in purchasing (e.g. supply chain care, ESG compliance)

Successfully completed commercial training or studies in the field of business management, purchasing, supply chain, IT or comparable First professional experience in purchasing, e-procurement, system admin - optimally in an international environment Knowledge of SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracting, Buying, Supplier Management and Ariba Business Network) You work analytically, process- and solution-oriented in systems. You will recognize potential for improvement in workflows and implement them sustainably Understanding figures & data competence: Data is the basis for your decision – you use it specifically for analyses, evaluations and improvements (e.g. evaluations on savings, supplier performance, Maverick Buying etc.) Through your strong communication strength (in German and English), you are able to communicate confidently between specialist areas, IT and suppliers and enable users through practical training and support Team spirit, self-initiative and joy of change characterize you – you drive digitization with pragmatism and enthusiasm A plus in your profile are: Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA Experience with BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud) Experience in supplier management and electronic tender processes (RFQ, RFP) via SAP Ariba

This place is to be occupied in parttime (about 20 hours per week). To enable constant user support, you should be available on 4 days a week. Individual preferences regarding pre- or afternoon times can be discussed in the interview process.
