Sales Backoffice Specialist* Alpina

You support the Key Account Manager through market research and analysis in day-to-day business with the trading partners and are a central interface within the scope of our sales activities. You communicate with national and international customers and internal departments and tax corresponding correspondence (e.g. offers, newsletters). You prepare customer presentations in German and English, are actively involved in the handling of customer promotions with the contact persons on the trading side and all DAW internal areas. The creation of the respective key account revenues with appropriate preparation of statistics, key figures and reporting also falls within your area. Ideally, you derive optimization suggestions afterwards. The coordination and internal implementation of price changes with the relevant customer service staff will be done by you. In coordination with the Key Account Manager, you will develop custom placement suggestions, manage contract management and are involved in examining and processing the contractual terms.

You have a completed business studies or a commercial training or a comparable qualification. In your career, you have been able to build several years of professional experience in the sales-related field and have a strong numerical understanding as well as an analytical way of thinking. You are very happy to work in the team and you can inspire yourself for the operational work. In dealing with Excel and PowerPoint, you will certainly desire. You are confident in German and English and understand how to communicate convincingly in these languages.
