To strengthen our team in Heilbronn, we are now looking for an assistant branch manager (m/w/d)

Through a well-founded and professional integration, we make you fit and lead you to the business model of the HSR. You support and represent the branch management at the Heilbronn site. Your branch consists of a workshop with warehouse and several connected service cars Together with the branch manager, you are responsible for the shift and standby planning of the employees. At the same time, you coordinate the use of service vehicles. In coordination with the branch manager, if necessary, you take care of our existing customers and the acquisition of new customers. In addition, you will be responsible for the creation and purchase of orders for our branch. By keeping an overview of the in-house warehouse, you make sure we remain ready for use at any time.

You have a completed technical and/or commercial training as well as ideal sales experience. Further training on the technician/master (m/w/d) and an additional commercial qualification are advantageous. You have already gained first leadership experience in technical trade, technical service, maintenance and logistics. Basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus. Customer-oriented thinking, diligence, flexibility and team spirit characterize you.
